Objectives

 The objective of  the Online -  HR Consulting service  is the provide the consulting and advice of  board HR practices  in   Thailand  to ensure that  the customer’s management decision should be complied with local labor law and compliance  and     also provide the recommendation on the HR issues as requested.

Scope of   services

      ·       Advise on Local law and compliance practice

      ·       Recommend the proper solution on employees’ issues

      ·       Reply   the questions   on employees regulation eg.   Leave procedure etc.

      ·       Advise on   Employee Performance Feedback Meeting

      ·       Advise on   Employee Disciplinary Action

      ·       Advise on  Employee Termination process  to align with local  labor law  practice 

      ·       Recommend on  Improving  employee policy, rules & regulation,  HR Forms etc.

On-line / On-call Service

Both parties (Customer & Consultant)   have mutually agreed  the meeting schedule on regular fixed time  Except in the  urgency case , the meeting will be held as soon as possible

Consultant has agreed  to response the request from the customer within   two working days in the regular question/request.   In case of urgent, customer must inform  the reasonable time response to Consultant to aware of.
